Humanity in its evolution passed three main technological phases (or waves): first wave - agrarian, second - industrial, third - informational (according to the works of Elvin Toffler, published in "Power Metamorphosis"1 and "Third Wave"2.

These waves influenced people's way of life, and their personal and group communications. Common between the first and second phases was the flow of information from the source to the group of customers, and the activity itself was powered by communication resonance process.

Consciousness amassing is comfortable for marketing and political technologies. And it still works where processes of the second wave are still active.

With the development of advanced technologies and internet, the consciousness is no longer massive. Today knowledge has a special value, it's no longer just a means to capitalize the market. It changes the view of people on non-monetary values, because knowledge is always personal, depends on concrete abilities and traits of a man, and creates situations where every man can't be re-produced.

Today's search for stable information communications led to the discovery of dipole spiral interactions. And it turned out their role in daily life processes is fundamental.

Spiral processes pierce our lives. From DNA, to the Universe - we see manifestations of spiral interactions everywhere. However, if spiral processes were admitted as universal, dipoles were never viewed at this angle, they were studied in different fields of physics, chemistry and adjacent sciences.

It turns out dipole communications are objective, regardless of our wishes. Their appearance everywhere allows us to study, and eventually, to control them.

To describe dipole-spiral processes were used principles and concepts of positive psychology, theory of flow processes3, communication theory, trinity theory, electrodynamics, relativity theory and adjacent fields of relative physics.

In this theory we conditionally view information as "fifth interaction", which can be described with the four basic ones. This allows to effectively research time, probabilities, circumstances and processes.

In this theory the main concepts are:

1. Dipole processes are universal.
2. Dipole pair is always built based on matches.
3. Every man exists within the bounds of his own time-space continuum
4. Man perceives information by quants.
5. Communication works as wave, flow interaction.
6. Stable information interaction is based on matches between continuums.
7. Unstable interaction creates entanglements between continuums, usually in case of resonance communications.
